Karla was warm, friendly, and enthusiastic. My daughter and I enjoyed her lesson very much.
Zhiyun communicated well with us on the Apprentus messaging system and showed up on time finding our residence in Japan. She spoke with my daughter in Mandarin during the whole lesson which was nice.
