My journey with lymphatic drainage began when I was pregnant. I was living in Brazil at the time and there it is very popular for relieving swelling. Since it helped me so much, I decided to follow a private training with a specialist. Afterwards, I have continued my training with various other courses on the matter. I have now fully integrated these techniques into my routine and could teach you to do the same!
