    With my classes I want to pass on the basics of yoga (breathing and right positions) to the people. With my experiences I want to that you guys take over the positive energy from myself and from each others, present in these relaxed, dynamic or whatever mood we have in these classes. Go with the flow!
    Afterwards I want that my pupils will feel fresh and new in mind and body, will refind some calmness and are getting a clear mind.

    I am Kristina, born in the far east of Russia.
    I am a very simple person with me you can be what you are. My yoga experience started many years ago. Initially i went to this unconsciously, which ultimately led me to awareness. I have been training more than once at the foot of the Himalayas in India, the city of Rishikesh.
    Yoga and the path of knowledge led me to many countries, gaining experience in Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey and the Himalayas. Having collected knowledge i am ready to share and learn.
    I love people and am ready to share everything that I have, want to be service to you.
    In my classes you can feel calm, I will create a program that suits you based on your needs.
