Would you like to learn violin in a fun and relaxed atmosphere? My name is Gabriela, I have 12 years of experience as a performing violinist and started with my teaching practice 3 years ago. Music is a wonderful way of bringing joy and people together. My goal is to give you the tools to share it with the people around you. In this class you will learn the basics of violin technique such as the correct body posture, violin hold and the grip of the bow. In combination with violin, a introduction to music theory will also be taught! A personalized plan can be made for each student according to their own musical taste, this could range from classical, film, folk, pop music and others. Students of all ages are welcomed!

I am a pianist, piano teacher and composer. I have a bachelor degree in Musicology and a master in music with specialty in contemporary music. I have been teaching for more than 5 years the piano. What I teach my students is not only the correct reading of the score, emphasis on the dynamics, the colours, the correct technique of the fingers but mainly emphasis on the expression of the music that can vary depending on the style of each musical period and composer. What i have learn so far from this experience and in general as long as i am a musician, is that in the music field i never stop learning as my students are. I can teach classical , jazz ( improvisation and jazz harmony) and pop piano.

As many musical instruments, piano tells a story, expresses emotional experiences, communicates desires and wishes. This class is for people (teenagers, young adults, or adults) who have always had the passion for piano but never had the opportunity to learn how to play. This class is also for those who simply want to improve their piano skills, going from a beginner to intermediate level. This class has two major focuses: 1. For beginners: main focus on on piano practice, learning new songs with incremental difficulty, and understanding of the music sheet. 2. For intermediates: main focus on intermediate/advanced songs with in depth comprehension of the music sheet. Skills you will acquire: 1. Beginners: you will learn how to play basic piano songs and obtain a basic knowledge of the music sheet. 2. Intermediates: you will learn how to play more complex songs and obtain a more advanced comprehension of the music sheet. Furthermore, you will learn the basis for piano music composition. I want this class to keep students challenged, but absolutely not overwhelmed. So, I will evaluate the few homeworks that I assign after every session and provide constructive feedbacks, in order for you to better learn.

Do you want to prepare yourself for an audition, exam or simply prepare that piece you like? In these trombone lessons, depending the level that you are, you will improve your skills. From basic concepts, like embochure, air pressure, tone quality, etc, to mastering the piece that you dream about. In combination with the trombone, a introduction to music theory will also be needed. A personalized plan can be made for each student according to their own musical taste. The range of styles that the Bass can cover is basically limitless; from a prominent position like in funk and fusion to the background of pop and rock music the versatility of the instrument gives you the unique possibility to explore any genre you're into. My lessons will follow a program tailored to you and your goals. Discover this amazing instrument by learning the songs you love or diving deep into all the important skills that make a great session bass player. With my help you can also learn music theory, reading scores, jazz harmony and improvising. A few topics are suggested for the interested students, Composition: have you always been interested in writing your own music or do you have a band and you want to write music for them? No matter you are a pop musician or a classical musician, During these lessons we will go through the everything you need from the basics till advanced such as, For pop artists: how to make interesting harmonies, instrumentation, how to write music for your songs, how to make interesting vocal lines, how to communicate through scores and etc. For classical composers: Instrumentation, orchestration, form, harmony, how to start, how to develop an idea, how to write it down, how to write from a very small ensemble or solo till a big orchestra, how to make a professional layout and etc. If you would like to enter a conservatory this course is highly recommended Arrangement: Are you interested in making arrangements for your own instrument or for your band? During this course you will learn how to make your arrangements sound unique and interesting, pleasing for performers and beautiful for audience, where to start, how to make a good balance, instrumentation, orchestration, Harmony and etc. Music theory and ear training: Would you like to have a better understanding of music? Would you like to be able to analyse music while listening? Would you like to develop your skills such as rhythm and solfeggio in the direction of becoming a strong musician with strong hearing skills? I have experience playing and performing music from the Early Baroque to Contemporary Music. Nevertheless, my expertise remains in music from Bach to post-romantic and neoclassic composers. I also have experience performing piano Spanish music (Manuel de Falla, Isaac Albéniz, and Enric Granados). I also offer Music Theory, Harmony, Solfege, Musical Dictation and Ear Training Lessons. I have some notions on Jazz piano, and I can definitely teach Rock and Pop piano. Nevertheless, my expertise remains in Classical Piano playing and performing.
