I have taught English as a Second Language for many years in many countries to many nationalities.

My lessons are very inter-active and students will expect an exciting, challenging, informative and fun class.

I've been living in Stockholm for three years, working at one of the best English speaking schools in the city as the Head of English. I understand the Swedish education system very well and would be happy to help either Grade 6 or Grade 9 preparations for Nationella Prov. I also have experience working with English curriculum or the Cambridge curriculum.

I would also be happy to help tutor adults who need some help practicing their spoken, written or read English.

I believe when you tutor, you have be relaxed, make the lessons engaging and fun, and really make the student understand how much help some one on one time with a tutor can be. I like to use modern teaching techniques, make the lessons as active and engaging as possible and really make the time valuable and well spent for all.

I have tutored in England, and am happy to be as flexible as you need me - either travelling to you, or hosting lessons at my apartment.

I graduated from a Lyceum, so I have knowledge in both scientific and humanistic subjects, such as philosophy and literature.

I can help with improving your language skills in danish or english or even with improving your writing, whether it is creative or professional. I am from Denmark and have studied Scandinavian studies, with a focus on danish literature, linguistics and media science. I also have a minor in creative writing and journalism and have taken several courses in writing both in the creative and journalistic field. Besides this I have a background as a singer and songwriter and have great experiences with texts of all forms.

Teaching is also a methodologically guided process, so I suggest the Gagne model for a student's educational needs. That is, through the investigation (1st phase), the directed work (2nd phase), the expression (3rd phase) and the free work (4th phase), it is scientifically proven that the educational needs of each student are understood.
