Approaching from a true native's perspective, I instruct and assist with both educational and business English in a multi-faceted nature covering a wide range of areas including comprehension, conversation, grammar, and situational skills, in addition to working on general language skills and accent training. My past & present clients have included: professionals from all four major EU institutions, the Belgian government, the UNHCR, various NGOs, and musicians, journalists, engineers, as well as a variety of other professions in addition to traditional students. I have spent my entire childhood and adult life in the United States before completing a master's degree in Political Science and European Politics at KU Leuven. I have an extensive knowledge and experience of English grammar and literature, as well as current and past working experience in journalism (Anti-Competition Law and European Policy at the Policy and Regulatory Report) and both European and American politics. I also handle correction of text, editing, proofreading and ghostwriting, with weekly and monthly rates possible.

If your child is having difficulties in school, I would love to be able to help them overcome them. I had the opportunity to work in several non-profit organizations (Schola ULB, Youth Club, CIFA, ABEF) where I helped young adolescents to understand their subject in French, English and Dutch. Un élément-clé pour progresser rapidement dans une nouvelle langue est de développer son vocabulaire. Oubliez la grammaire pour un moment . Vous aurez beau maîtriser la grammaire d’une langue : si votre vocabulaire est limité, vous ne pourrez simplement pas vous exprimer. Mieux vaut s’exprimer en faisant quelques fautes de grammaire que ne pas pouvoir s’exprimer du tout ! Il ne suffit cependant pas d’apprendre des mots de manière aléatoire. Il existe différents types de listes de vocabulaire : Mais bien sûr sans la grammaire complément sera une erreur dans l'apprentissage , donc il faut les apprendre paralelement , c'est pourqoui vous aurez besoin d'un prof qui sait combiner les deux d'une manière efficace
