As far as the piano is concerned, the study of music has led me to broaden the field of the classical that is learned at the conservatory to other styles, such as jazz, rock, pop, or improvisation. Thus, I am qualified to teach both the reading and interpretation of classical scores as well as more modern pieces and styles. As for other disciplines, such as harmony, musical language or composition, I have a firm base in classical music. From there, I have investigated on my own and studied with other teachers, acquiring knowledge of other styles, such as jazz or soundtracks. I have played in various music groups in Salamanca as a pianist and drummer and I have also collaborated with other artists at a national level. I am currently producing my own music and I am qualified to teach electronic music production using programs like Ableton. The classes I offer are open to anyone regardless of their level. Given my training, I usually adapt very well to the needs of my students, although I like to give a richer teaching of the piano by mixing sheet music reading with other styles such as improvisation, which provide the musician with an even deeper knowledge of music. .

I am Dimitrios, I am a greek professional guitarist. I graduated with a masters degree in Jazz guitar from Conservatorium van Amsterdam and also studied in the UK conservatory of Leeds. As a musician my primary focus is jazz music but I also often play other styles like soul, Rnb and more. So far in my teaching career I have had experience with many different ages, from 7 to 40 years old and I think I have managed to pass on to them some of my passion for music. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example.
