Trained across several European countries, I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in performance and have received advanced instruction through masterclasses and festivals with renowned international artists from the Berliner Philharmoniker, Nobuko Imai, Morten Carlsen among others. My education combines diverse pedagogical influences, offering a rich and well-rounded musical foundation. As an orchestral musician, I’ve performed with various national orchestras in Europe, including ensembles based in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Spain, and others. I currently perform actively as both a chamber and orchestral musician across the continent. This violin course is designed for beginners and intermediate students, and aims to develop the essential technical and musical skills for playing smoothly and expressively. The program includes learning the fundamentals of violin playing, such as correct posture, grip, and producing a clear tone. You'll work on scales and arpeggios to develop your dexterity, as well as bowing techniques to master different stroke patterns. Sheet music reading, musical analysis, and music theory practice are integrated into the course to strengthen your theoretical knowledge and music-reading skills. Alongside this, you'll explore a diverse repertoire, ranging from classical works to more contemporary pieces, and will have the opportunity to work in a group to improve your listening and coordination with other musicians. The course also includes personalized guidance to structure your practice and prepare you for performances, with an emphasis on musical expression and managing stage fright. My approach aims to make each student independent and to encourage their musical development in a caring and motivating environment.

This course is for viola and violin students from the beginner through the high school level, and any age from 5-99! My goal is for my students to foster a healthy and long-term relationship with their instrument. The course focuses on practicing and truly understanding technique, with an emphasis on listening. Weekly assignments tend to include technical exercises, scales, and classical pieces of the student's choice. Basic improvisation is also an interest of mine and, I find, a valuable experience for my string students. I believe repertoire is largely a matter of student taste. Students of mine have learned pieces in the Suzuki books and other classical repertoire volumes, but have also learned pop and fiddle songs according to their interest. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Violin Performance from the University of Puget Sound, where I graduated in 2015 before moving to Vienna to study privately for three years. I am currently on hiatus from a Master of Viola Performance degree at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague . I have been teaching violin intermittently since 2009. While my musical education is classical, my performance interests are much wider. I have performed jazz and pop improv, and am currently exploring how hip hop can be implemented on the viola and violin.

I am a Liszt academy Master's graduate, specializing in violin performance, teaching for 6+ years, and enjoy sharing knowledge and experience with anyone interested in this beautiful instrument. In these classes, you will learn the practical and theoretical parts of playing the violin from level 0, as well as how to develop your skills with the highest musical, technical, and interpretation levels. My goal is to make people of all ages and levels learn not only playing an instrument but how can music help them in their everyday life. I am an Albanian violinist, with a Bachelor degree in Classical Music (Violin) and Musicologie in Sorbonne University. Over the years, my experiences with different youth and professional orchestras all around Europe have made me understand that music is important not only for professional musicians but also for everyone. I can teach in English or French and of course in my mother tongue Albanian.

My aim in teaching is to enable the student to experience the beauty, richness and also the fun side of music, by helping to develop the technical skills needed to express oneself on the violin. I find it very important to take into account the personal goals and wishes of the student and to create an atmosphere of encouragement, creativity and mutual understanding. No matter if you are interested in learning to play your favourite tunes just for fun or want to build up strong, solid technique and play demanding repertoire, I would be happy to work with you.The world of music is incredibly rich and I would love to help you on the exciting journey of discovering it. I believe it important to have variety in the process of learning and to help the student to develop good practising habits. For those interested, I can also gladly include some music theory/music history knowledge in the lessons, to understand the pieces on a more profound level. I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools/muziekacademies). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes.

I'm a French violinist currently in my 4th year of a classical violin Bachelor at the Royal Conservatory of the Hague, and I hold a DEM (Diplôme d'Études Musicales) from the CRR de Paris (Regional Paris conservatory) where I studied with Florin Szigeti. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in masterclasses with Josef Spacek, Pavel Vernikov, Olivier Charlier, Igor Volochine, Marianne Piketty, and I love sharing everything I’ve learned from them through my own teaching. I have experience with Orchestra and chamber music as well. I had the pleasure of participating in a side by side project with the Orchestre Philarmonique de Radio France and play in various prestigious settings.
