In order for the lessons to go well, I plan to first give a relatively substantial questionnaire on one or more chapters, in order to directly know what needs to be worked on and improved. I think that exercises are the best way to learn and master the course when it comes to science, so I usually start with a bit of theory to make sure that the student has all the keys in hand to solve the exercises that I will then give them. Once the exercises are finished, if he has made mistakes, I explain to the student his mistakes on the exercises, before giving him new similar and sometimes easier exercises in order to ensure that he has mastered the basics of the course. When comfortable, you can either change chapters or go further than just the course to ensure excellent mastery of the course.
