I offer lessons (1-to-1 or 1-to-n) for Math and Physics in either English, Mandarin or Cantonese. I have teaching experience in Hong Kong.

I have completed Physics Bachelor degree with first class honour and Master of Philosophy degree in physics in Hong Kong. I have obtained my Physics PhD in the Netherlands in 2021.

I dont have my own series of lessons but I follow what student needs to teach. If needed, I can prepare exericises for class.

I specialize in teaching physics to students of any level and also to candidates of Olympiad of physics. I give detailed and precise description of subjects in a way that student understands the meaning and origin of the field. My goal is to change the viewpoint of students in physics and encourage them to look deeper, more precise and more outside the box!

I tutor various subjects at secondary level, including mathematics, physics, biology, Dutch, English and economics.

For years I have been teaching tutor in different subjects to students of all ages.

I am currently studying linguistics at the University of Amsterdam. At the VWO I followed a nature & technology profile, which means that I also know everything about mathematics and physics as those subjects are taught at a secondary level.

Ik zal mij even kort voorstellen. Ik ben Saphira, 33 jaar en mama van 2 zoontjes en samen met mijn partner wonen we in Wateringen.

Sinds kort na mijn middelbare school-periode geef ik bijles in de vakken Economie, Wiskunde, Rekenen en Bedrijfseconomie. Dat is nu ruim 15 jaar!

Ik vind het onwijs leuk om leerlingen te kunnen helpen met deze vakken, waardoor ze meer zekerheid krijgen en de stof een stuk beter gaan begrijpen en daarmee dus beter voorbereid zijn op hun examens/tentamens.

Naast het verzorgen van bijlessen, heb ik een poosje gewerkt als Examentrainer voor het misschien wel bekende Lyceo. Dit heb ik met veel plezier én resultaat gedaan.

Daarnaast is het ook mogelijk om te ondersteunen bij financiële vakken op het MBO/HBO (alles omtrent Financiën en Fiscaliteiten).

Zelf heb ik een VWO diploma en een HBO accountancy diploma en werk ik als financial controller, dus genoeg affiniteit met alles omtrent cijfertjes.

Tientallen leerlingen gingen u/jou voor, en momenteel heb ik weer een aantal plekjes vrij. Dus kun jij of uw dochter/zoon wel wat hulp en steun gebruiken; schroom niet en neem contact met mij op, zodat we de mogelijkheden kunnen bespreken!

Als ervaren examendocent voor het vak Natuurkunde weet ik waar HAVO- en VWO leerlingen tegenaan lopen. Natuurkunde is een lastig vak en je zal het alleen snappen door veel te oefenen.
