I have worked in several technical high schools in Greece and have taught more than 1500 students in classrooms. In my experience, each student in these academic settings has their own learning pace, learning curve, and educational needs. I have found that the most effective method of teaching is not the book, it is creative, diversifying when necessary, and always adapting to the needs of the students.
In my classes, I can work with beginners who are new to mechanical engineering and who likely have a knowledge gap so I can help them meet the needs of the modern tech college. I can also work with experienced and skilled engineers who have specific educational needs and goals.
