We will perform ballet center movements and movements across the floor. In addition to movements at the ballet barre. This class Will help you become stronger and develop grace and flexibility.

Wear comfortably clothes to move around in preferably leotard and tights. Wear ballet shoes or socks. Either use a ballet barre or something sturdy that you can hold on to like a chair or ledge.

La danse orientale Raqs Sharqi (le terme « danse du ventre » est considéré comme réducteur, il a été donné à l’époque de Napoléon en Égypte, sachant que Raqs Sahrqui signifie en Egypte même « danse orientale ») est originaire d’Égypte et est surtout présente au Proche-Orient et au Maghreb; elle est dansée essentiellement par des femmes et s’est développée dans le monde entier.
La danse tonifie le corps et muscle le dos et vous laisse de bonne humeur.

I’ve been doing gymnastics for 8 years now , flexibility is my thing since I won many competitions in rhythmic gymnastics , played with the Moroccan national team and won the Moroccan championship in 2019 .

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .
