2 years ago I went to India to study Traditional Hatha Yoga Pradipika with a Yoga World Champion Kadambari and dr. K. Ashutosh in Swami Krishnananda Vidyapeeth Ashram in Mysore.
I can easily say it was not only a simple yoga TTC it was a personal transformation program.
After all, I also did Hatha Flow, Artistic Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Menstrual Yoga courses with the same teacher - Kadambari.
From that time I started to share my knowledge as a Yoga instructor.
Yoga is not only a physical practice but it is a whole beautiful philosophy that should be widespread - that's why I'm here - to give you a tool - Asanas and Pranayamas to start or continue your yoga journey.
As I already did mention before besides Hatha I also teach Artistic Yoga which is a dynamic terpsichorean form of practice. Is a combination of modern scientific techniques and ancient yoga.

Yi Jin Jing / Muscle-Tendon Change Classic / Practice ClassThe Yi Jin Jing or "Muscle Tendon Change Classic" is a Yang Qi set and is the experience of “Kung Fu Yoga” and is primary to developing what is known as "whole body method". Yi Jing Jing specializes in opening the body and harmonizing strength, flexibility and connection. For most Practioners, Yi Jin Jing is the missing link in their training. Standing Practice and Fa Gong (Loosening Practices) will also be a part of the curriculum. It is an experience in balance and is both vigorous and gentle while invigorating the elasticity of the body. It is also a “seasonal practice” as it clears the excesses, stimulates the bodily systems and strengthens the deficient tendencies. The joints, connective tissue, ligaments, muscles and tendons are all nourished by the circulation strength of Yi Jin Jing. This is an essence practice and so is suitable for all styles, for the young to the old.

I started learning Qi from childhood, then I studied Reiki in Switzerland, and then I improved my skills through online courses. Through my experiences practicing Qi to myself and others, I have found some of its effects:
Immediate results: improve sleep, relieve fatigue and stress, be more concentrated, etc .;
