Hola! soy Martina, y hace 20 años que mi trabajo es la música.
He trabajado como cantante en diversos coros, y formado parte de elencos de teatro y teatro musical paralelamente a mi trabajo como compositora, produciendo conciertos y escribiendo piezas musicales para diferentes ensambles.
Mi formación como compositora, cantante y actriz me permite abordar mis clases desde una perspectiva integral, lo que ayuda a mis alumnos a descubrir su voz y potencial.
Trabajo con cantantes y músicos principiantes y avanzados. Las clases son personalizadas de acuerdo a las necesidades puntuales de cada artista. Me encargo de conocer y entender tu voz para poder desarrollar su máximo potencial y alcanzar los objetivos que te propongas. Realizaremos ejercicios vocales y abordaremos canciones que te ayuden a progresar, así como también repertorio que sea de tu agrado. En mis clases, lo primero es la salud vocal, por lo que me interesa que conozcas bien como funciona tu voz, por lo que incluyo material de anatomía para que puedas tener un entendimiento global de tu voz.

Opleiding

Martina es compositora, cantante, actriz y productora musical argentina, originaria de la Patagonia. Su formación combina lo académico con lo performativo: estudió Composición en la Escuela de Música La Colmena (Córdoba), donde obtuvo el título de Compositora, Arregladora y Productora Superior. Realizó la Diplomatura Superior en Composición Musical en el Conservatorio Superior de Música “Manuel de Falla” (Buenos Aires) y continuó su Licenciatura en Composición en la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Se formó también en Dirección de Ensambles en la Universidad Provincial de Córdoba, y amplió su recorrido artístico con estudios de canto lírico (Conservatorio “Félix T. Garzón”), teatro musical y danza jazz.

Houd je van zingen? Of loop je de hele dag met liedjes in je hoofd? Kom dan op zangles bij Deborah online of in Amstelveen Westwijk. We zingen liedjes uit verschillende landen en tijden. Ook gaan we aan de slag met verschillende ritmes, noten en toonoefeningen.

Als je bezig bent met zingen kan je zelfs een heel ander gevoel hebben en je kunt ervoor zorgen dat je de rest van de dag extra energie hebt.

Je lichaam is je instrument bij het zingen. We proberen dat instrument zo mooi mogelijk te laten klinken ..

Tijdens de zanglessen zijn we ook bezig met articulatie, de uitspraak van vreemde talen en ook aan de betekenis van en je gevoel bij een bepaald stuk. Natuurlijk bepalen we samen wat voor soort muziek je gaat zingen. Ook maken we samen een ontdekkingsreis naar jouw favoriete muziek.

WIE KAN ER LEREN ZINGEN?
Iedereen kan leren zingen. Door de zanglessen zal dat zijn. Also is singing good for relaxation, zowel van lichaam als geest. Zingen is gewoon genieten!

Je m’appelle Carmen et je suis chanteuse d’opéra. J’ai étudié au conservatoire P.I. Chaykovsky à Moscou et le célèbre conservatoire Santa Cecilia à Rome. J’ai suivi de nombreux cours de masterclass en Russie, en Italie et en Autriche avec Edda Moser, Renata Scotto, Nino Machaidze etc. J’étais aussi soliste dans la chorale du Vatican.

Depuis plusieurs années, je travaille comme professeur de chant à Bruxelles. J’offre des cours en anglais, français, russe et italien. J’enseigne aux enfants à partir de 6 ans (débutants ou plus expérimentés). J’offre une grande variété de techniques de respiration et de chant.

Are you a beginner?? No worries: no experience is required! 😁
I can teach you the basics to produce sounds with your saxophone: position of the embouchure (teeth, tongue, lips and vocal cords' position, an element often forgotten), fingerings, use of diafragma,...
After the first two lessons spent on the mouthpiece and neck for the sound production, we will immediately start to play some super easy duos together to practice your capacity of listening, pay attention to the other, ear training as well. I normally use the book of Peter Wastall (titled Learn as you play) as support, but it is not mandatory. There are plenty of good books btw!

Are you an intermediate / advanced student?? I am sure you can still improve in all the basics, but on a different level. I'll teach you the importance of the "voicing" (technique named by the american saxophonist and pedagogue Donald Sinta) to improve your sound production and projection as well as the capacity of correcting and improving the intonation. You can learn all about phrasing and music interpretation, from tonal music until contemporary atonal compositions. And still, you can improve your playing together, practicing in duo on different aspects like tuning, balance, interpretation, performance etc.

Nee, we vinden niet dat kunnen zingen absoluut noodzakelijk is voor acteurs. Niet elke acteur of actrice heeft ambitie om ook in een musical mee te spelen en er wordt niet in elke serie of film gezongen. Toch is vocalcoaching een goed idee... of je nu wilt leren zingen of niet!

Met jouw cursusgeld kan je wanneer je maar wilt meedoen aan eender welke van onze cursussen. Zo kan je niet alleen leren acteren, maar ook proeven van onze cursussen debat- en presentatietechnieken (onze tv-cursus), communicatie, zang, improvisatie, 'physical acting', leugendetectie, hypnose, regie, of schrijven! Natuurlijk blijft wel gelden: hoe meer je 1 bepaalde cursus volgt, hoe sneller je vooruitgaat.

Wie ambitie heeft als zanger(es) of wie zijn of haar vaardigheden wil uitbreiden om zo gemakkelijker een rol in de wacht te kunnen slepen, komt al snel bij zanglessen terecht... maar ook wie niet van plan is om ooit songs ten berde te brengen, heeft veel baat bij vocalcoaching.

Vaak moet je lang op de set staan en dan is het belangrijk om jouw stem goed te gebruiken, zodat die niet vermoeid wordt en je na urenlange opnames even krachtig kunt praten als ervoor. Tenslotte is het erg handig om verschillende effecten te kunnen zetten op jouw stem. Denk maar aan het rasperige van Gollum in The Lord of the Rings, de blaffende uiteenzettingen van Samson, de volle stem van Kabouter Plop of de gegromde beledigingen die worden uitgewisseld in The Chronicles of Sabrina. Oordeelkundig gebruikte stemeffecten kunnen niet alleen personages meer kleur geven, ze zijn soms essentieel of komen bijna automatisch voort uit emotionele momenten. Ze correct kunnen gebruiken en er controle over behouden zonder dat je jouw stembanden beschadigt, is dus essentieel.

Wat je zoal leert

Net zoals dat bij bijna al onze cursussen het geval is, leren we je technieken uit verschillende benaderingen aan. Voor onze zanglessen zijn dat Speech Level Singing (SLS), Estill Voice Training (EVT) en Complete Vocal Technique (CVT).

Hier enkele dingen die de revue passeren:

I believe everyone can sing, and it is one of the most extraordinary and fun things to do!

Hello everyone!
My name is Marion and I come from France. I have been a musician for as long as I can remember. I started when I was a kid as a trumpet player. I played in many different kinds of orchestras and had a lot of fun with this instrument, but it was nothing compare to my love for singing! This is why I decided to become a professional opera singer and I want to share my passion about singing!

What do I offer?
Classical singing lessons for all levels with a focus on opera, songs, oratorio and choir repertoire.
I am based in Utrecht. You are welcome to come to my place, but I can also come to the students.
Lessons can be taught in English or in French, but I also speak a little bit of Dutch.

What will you learn?
The fundamental elements of classical singing such as breathing, posture and resonances for example but also styles, pronunciation, interpretation and repertoire. An important aspect I want to approach in a singing lesson is how to help you find your own voice, both in a technical and in an interpretative sense.
I can also guide you with anything solfège related like how to use and read a score or how to learn a song by heart.

What is my philosophy about singing and pedagogy?
I believe the best way to develop and improve a skill is when the students feel that they are in a safe place where they can dare to experiment but also have fun. This is an essential part of the process of music making and I try to bring fun and enjoyment to every lesson!

About me:
I started my musical studies in my home country in France, at the Conservatoire de Caen and the Conservatoire de Rennes before coming to The Netherlands where I finished my
voice bachelor’s degree at Het Conservatorium van Amsterdam in June 2018.
Two years later I graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy where
I performed the role of Tigrane in Händel’s Radamisto, The Countess of
Dunmow in Berkeley’s A Dinner Engagement, Arsace in Graun’s Cesare and Cleopatra and Fiordiligi in Mozart's Così fan tutte.
Nowadays, I am a freelance soprano working in the Netherlands and in Belgium as a soloist and as a choir singer. I often participate in productions with the choir of the Dutch National Opera in Amsterdam, the Opera Ballet Vlaanderen in Antwerp or the Groot Omroepkoor in Hilversum.
I was one of the laureates of the edition 2020/2021 of the Dutch Classical
Talent Tour & Award, and I recently won the Handel Choir Jubilee Award.

Tengo un Máster en Interpretación de Piano por The Hartt School (EE. UU.) y me formé en la ESMUC Barcelona, donde estudié con pianistas de renombre internacional como Adolf Pla y Luiz de Moura Castro. He actuado en Europa, EE.
