I am from the UK and I have a French and Spanish degree from the University of Edinburgh, and I also studied History of Art for two years. I recently moved to Lille and completed an online CELTA course (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults).

I want to help you improve you English, whether this be related to reading, speaking, writing, listening, or perhaps all of them! In our first class, we will make a plan together which will take into account your current level, your expectations, and what you want to achieve. If you want to focus on a specific area of study, such as film, art, or politics, that can also be arranged.

I am from the UK and I have a French and Spanish degree from the University of Edinburgh, and I also studied History of Art for two years. I recently moved to Lille and completed an online CELTA course (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults), hence why I now want to teach online.

What motivates me in life is travelling, discovering new cultures and meeting people from all around the world. Since going to university, travel has become a big part of my life. I studied in France and Chile, did volunteer teaching in Peru, and then headed to Canada after I graduated in 2019. I am now settled in Lille and am exploring different teaching methods with a variety of students, both adults and children.

Graduate teacher offers an individualized pedagogy, assistance with the preparation of questions or exams. My goal is to advance the student without overburdening him. I give homework after each lesson and periodically provide progress reports.
I also give lessons to adults.

Knowing how to express oneself freely in a foreign language is more and more valued in today's world. I offer my help as an expert in the Dutch language (my mother tongue) and the English language (native speaker level). These courses are open to school pupils, to the youngest children who are exposed to a foreign language for the first time, and also to adults and professionals seeking to improve their language skills as part of their career.

Student in 2nd year AESI modern languages (English - Dutch), I offer to give private lessons.

My methodology is based on active pedagogy, self-confidence, listening, sharing and autonomy.

I start from the needs of the student, I make a point with him so that we can together set goals and do everything possible to achieve them.

Not being a big fan of textbooks, I prefer to build my own lessons, specific to each student and according to their needs.

I offer fun teaching techniques that are less like what we do at school to facilitate learning. In language classes, I focus a lot on learning through speech. For me, learning should not be boring but entertaining. I offer online courses, at my home as well as yours. I can teach in Dutch, however, it is not my native language. I can give lessons in mathematics, French, Dutch, math, history, science and geography for students from 3 to 16 years old. I also give the basics in these subjects for adults as well as French, Dutch and English lessons at all levels.
