    Sleep meditation is a combination of IRT, DRT and yoga nidra. Sleep meditation is not replacing your sleep but it can give a effect of 6 hrs of sleep. You just need a bed or yoga mat for the practice. Make sure you are comfortable for the practice. Throughout the practice you just have to follow the guided meditation instructors
