I taught middle school for 15 years and then went back to school to learn about mental health. Now, I am passionate about helping others learn about improving their own mental and physical health by using proven health promoting behaviors and jumping off the diet roller coaster. Dieting is detrimental to our health and there are many other ways to increase our mental and physical health.
