La prise de parole en public est, de ce fait, une discipline hautement émotionnelle : l’orateur alors bombardé d’émotions se retrouve face à des personnes elles-mêmes en recherche d’émotion. Un trac non maîtrisé peut supprimer tout le bénéfice d’un argumentaire. Le trac génère de la fatigue et inhibe les capacités de chacun.
