I am currently a Psychology student at Tilburg University, and despite my young age, I have gained quite a fair bit of experience when it comes to tutoring. I have worked as a teacher assistant in an English classroom, working with children who barely speak or understand English. I have also had a lot of experience with private tutoring. I believe the best teaching is style is one that is fun and interactive and lets the child learn at their own pace, yet challenges them sometimes. A child needs to be interested to be motivated and genuinely develop an interest in their subjects.

To know a bit more about myself, I am what you may describe as a third culture kid, growing up all over the world, I have gained a lot of experience in different countries, learned about their cultures, languages, and lifestyles, which has made me not only very adaptive to different environments but also very open-minded, which I believe are very important life skills to have! I enjoy lots of sports, photography, and reading.

I specialise most in teaching English, however I am also up for helping kids with any of their assigned school work! As a previous IGCSE & IB student graduate I understand the stress and difficulty in preparing for both the Mid-terms and End of year exams. The curriculum provided for both subjects will be based on deconstructing the theory into smaller sections which are then each focused on key vocabulary and factual information. Additionally, for each subject a clear essay structure for exams will be outlined and practised based on IGCSE & IB grading criteria. Dependent on how close the student is too their final or mid-term exams lessons will be personalized to improve on their limitations and conjointly a structured summary will be created to optimally succeed in their exams.

Looking for a highly experienced tutor for economics and/or business economics? Then you've come to the right place! I'm a former economics teacher with a first-degree teaching qualification who, since 2021, has dedicated myself entirely to tutoring various subjects. I did this because it allows me to do what I love most: explaining material, building student confidence, and working together to improve grades. Since I'm a former economics teacher, I can perfectly help you if you're struggling with this subject.
