This course is for project officers who want to be more effective in all aspects of project cycle management. it starts with the project planning looking at goal and objective setting based on identified needs; features project implementation and monitoring tools as well as evaluation of project performance.
The 2 hour course will be held on 2 separate days so that students can do some practice in between

A second course will focus on the aspect of project design and writing winning proposals to fund the project.

I try to live according to serenity prayer: 'grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference'. And the law of attraction is one of my guiding principles: put positive energy into those things you want to attract; live your life based on love and not on fear. I love life and consider the challenges I encounter as experiences I can learn from most.
Thus I left my birth country of Germany in my twenties and travelled the world before I settled in Kenya, which is still my primary home. I have engaged myself for women's rights, youth empowerment and sustainable living in general.
Now that I am retired I see my role more as coach, mentor and advisor. I have accumulated so much knowledge, skills and experience which I believe are important to share with whoever wants to learn.

German as a Foreign language - conversation course

This course will focus on conversation based on the professional needs of the students. e.g. in hospitality we would address any issues a hotel receptionist or manager would have to deal with in his everyday professional experience.
The topics will be based on the needs/requirements of the students and I will make sure that his/her language skills will be enriched with improved vocabulary, grammar and expressions.
