My name is Amit. I am excited to be joining this platform to find students who are interested in learning music from me. I have 15 years of experience in teaching music. I am originally from Bangalore, India staying in the UK for the last 10 years. I specialize in teaching piano, music theory, and composition. My music is published by ABRSM and Trinity College of London. I compose music for educational settings and I am well versed with the different exam curriculums. I can help you prepare for exams and equip you with the skills to be an all-round musician. I believe in the power of music education and I am very vocal about making my students a holistic musician.

︎-Online and in-person vocal coaching, singing lessons and songwriting lessons from an industry professional and Berklee College of Music Alum.
-Lesson are 1 hour. Can accommodate to students' requirements and additional support needs.
︎-Ages 12 to 65+.
-All contemporary styles are welcome (Pop, rock, folk, etc.)
-Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

I strongly believe students learn best when they are feeling inspired and challenged, so my priority is to support my students in meeting their individual goals - no matter how ambitious - while making every step enjoyable. Likewise, every lesson plan is personalised to fit my students' interests, support needs, level of commitment and time outside of our lessons, and any specific goals. I am patient, enthusiastic, encouraging, and passionate about teaching and that they have improved their singing from the first few lessons. I’m a professional singer-songwriter and multiple award-winning entrepreneurial independent artist. I am a freelance tutor and I deeply enjoy sharing with a range of students all the knowledge I acquired from Berklee College of Music and my career experience around the USA, Latin America and New Zealand.

Besides singing and vocal coaching, I offer my singing students songwriting, performance skills, and self-accompaniment lessons to complement their journey of becoming fully fleshed musicians.
