Robotics Basics and more (what they are and what they can do)
Robotics is the future! Yet it is overwhelming to see how many people still have misconceptions on this subject. I consider it extremely important to educate people in this regard. Not only the background, but also hands on exercises on how robots work, what they can actually do, and what people are currently using them for. I have been working as a student teacher of Universal Robot programming for first year university students. It has been a great pleasure to share my knowledge and see how young people like myself, get excited about this subject!

IGCSE,A-Level, IBDP Biology, IBDP Environmental Systems & Societies(ESS)
I teach Biology & environmental sciences (ESS) to high school students. I can teach the IGCSE,A-Level and IB students. For IB, I do help also in their Extended Essay in Biology. I do also help in writing the TOK essay for the IBDP students. Along with this, I do help the students as a Career Counselor to help them in choosing the universities in UK & USA,by filling up the UCAS for UK and Common App for US.

Private lessons in math - physics - engineering
I am an aeronautical engineer and I am well aware of the frustration of not achieving the desired academic results. I was here. A lot of times. I find it very satisfying to teach and to see how my students achieve their goals. I sincerely believe that learning is a privilege and a pleasure. It is my top priority that my students feel this. My level of mathematics, physics and engineering is very competent. Although of course, for very specific topics or doubts, I will have to analyze whether I am able to teach lessons with ease or not. Do not hesitate to write to me. I am used to working with people of different ages. I believe in segmentation, visualization of progress, objective results and practice. For students who have difficulty I analyze the root of learning problems. And, above all, I try to motivate them. An ideal lesson time would be distributed as follows: 20 minutes question and answer and start from these gaps, 30 minutes to advance, 10 minutes lateral thinking. Beyond these general lines, there is no rule or magic method. Some things work with some students and not with others. Adapting to needs is really the goal of private lessons. So I will do my best to find what motivates and helps my student.

Learn Python for scientific and engineering applications. All levels welcome!
Do you want to improve your productivity in class or at work? Are you tired of using Excel for things it's not meant for? Do you want to analyze and visualize your data? Do you want to generate valuable insights? Do you want to talk to sensors and devices? Then you've come to the right place. You don't need to want to become a developer in order to learn Python. Most people who program in Python actually work in another field, but use Python as a superpower to help them do their job more efficiently and effectively, or even do do things that were previously impossible. I will be teaching you one-on-one. We'll see what you want to do, and I help you work towards that goal. I will be using best practices as appropriate to your level. We might work with Jupyter notebooks if you have nothing more specific that you prefer to do. But I can also work with you on analyzing your data, controlling your devices and robots, or even building tools that you feel that you need. Depending on your application, we might even do some machine learning. Some case studies involving students of mine: In one case, I started by automating one report of a financial analyst who had never programmed before, allowing him to start learning Python on during working hours. I also automated one of his side jobs, giving him more disposable income. He has since automated many more of his tasks, and has been providing completely new insights to his company, This has earned him a promotion and a sponsored masters degree. I still provide support as necessary. In another, I enabled a PhD student to analyze their electron-phase micrographs by writing software with them which did the job of commercial software with an expensive license. I was acknowledged by name in their paper. Note: Python 3 only, unless you are required to use Python 2.

Advanced Mathematics Course for People over 16
Advanced mathematics course for people over 16 (first year of the Geneva College), including students from the university or business school, engineering school, but also adults who want to rework the basics of mathematics to avoid evening classes and take advantage of personalized classes with flexible hours. In teaching for about ten years, I also offer intensive remedial theory courses for those who have missed all or part of their school year or university. For university students, I cover many branches of mathematics: analysis I and II, algebra, geometry, statistics and probabilities, financial mathematics, mathematics for the engineer, mathematics for medical students, among others. If you live less than 30 min (GPT) from the center of Geneva or from home then the courses can be done at home, otherwise we can find a suitable place in the city of Geneva. I also offer the opportunity to help up to three people at the same time for the same price.

Excel, Math, physics, Calculus, Civil Engineer, Math is life, and life is good.
Math is life, and life is good. Hello everyone! My name is Rafael. I have been teaching online and locally for over two years and I really enjoy it! I'm currently studying for my Ph.D. If you are a parent who reads my profile, I do my best to make math enjoyable for students. It is a very difficult subject and sometimes students just need a boost of confidence and learn the basics. On the other hand, I like to encourage students who do well on their own. I like to challenge students and push their limits so that they become really strong mathematicians. If you are a student reading my profile, know that I can really help you learn your math well and enjoy doing it! There are many different ways to explain any topic; my goal will be to make you comfortable with your skills. That's all I have for you :) Have a wonderful day!
