I have been an English tutor for around 6 years, specializing in grammar and writing. I can tutor English for school, as a Second Language, and for standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or Cambridge Tests. I can also help with Math homework and exam prep.

I specialise in tutoring pupils with special educational needs. Tutoring for me is all about encouraging a child in need. This is in order to improve their confidence and understanding in school or regarding a specific subject. Tutoring helps students to improve their knowledge and understanding but importantly it is also there to improve their confidence. Every child has the potential to learn and sometimes they just need a little support in order to get them there. It is important for me to be a tutor who is both sympathetic and knowledgeable of a child's needs and in what way they learn best. Every child is different and it is important to support them in whatever way they learn best. In addition my core subjects are English language, Politics and Government and History.

I specialise in English and French conversation lessons. I can also find or design quality exercise in order to improve your vocabulary, grammar and writing skills. If there is a certain writing or speak skill you would like to focus on, I can design lesson plans that will promote learning! I speak both native English and native French. During these Covid-19 times, I am available at a lot of times during the week and the weekend for videocall/skype! This will simplify our lessons and keep the safety regulations!

My knowledge of the English language is very large. I obtained the Cambridge English Diploma at C2 level. This is the highest qualification of English achievable in Europe and indicates fluent English communication from a competent English speaker. I also follow an English study, which keeps my knowledge optimal. I am very flexible and can also come to your desired location. I am mainly specialized in supporting high school students in their classes, but I can also help you with learning English as a second language for your self development.

My German courses are a fully integrated approach to accommodate all learning styles and to achieve your goal in learning German, be school-, work-, travel-related. This would also include relationship-related (German family member and/or German significant other). The coursebook I select for you serve as a foundation or "springboard". I select the German coursebook based on whether you are High School student, university student, or working adult. I supplement each lesson with the following: 1) Online VIDEOs that fully support and interface with the content of each lesson. 2) QUIZLETs I have personally created and are tailor-made for each lesson of the course. 3)Any additional ONLINE LINKS, PDFs, and/or INTERACTIVE practice site that contribute to practice and mastery of each lesson. All the aforementioned are designed to equally develop the four language disciplines of speaking, listening, reading and writing. The courses can be done in person, online, or a hybrid.

My name is Max and I study Development Studies at the University College in Maastricht. Teaching is a passion of mine and I have experience in teaching English to adults as well as children from the age of 6. I am open to having the lessons online or in-person. As I am Polish and I study international law at Maastricht University, I will only teach in English. I offer language classes and conversation from a bilingual native speaker in French and German and also English (C1 certified). I recently graduated from the Lycée Franco Allemand (French German high school) in Saarbrücken, Germany but grew up in a french-speaking household, which allowed me to have a natural, bilingual uprising and excellent knowledge in both these languages. Later on in high school I also improved my English level by studying for 6 months at the Parklands Languages High School in Chorley, Lancastershire. Since I am currently enrolled at the Maastricht Science Program at the University of Maastricht and had been following rigorous scientific education during my high school (Biology and Chemistry specialisation), I can offer tutoring in any classes and especially in the Sciences in English, French or German.
