I am a qualified and experienced Hatha Yoga teacher.
I can cater for beginners and the less mobile to the more advanced student. My yoga style tends to be relaxing with a lot of stretching rather than too strenuous, but again I can adapt the class to suit the requirements of the student.
I also have experience of working with those with disabilities.
