GracePrivate lessons - Learn English written, oral and read
As French is not my mother tongue, I had to learn this language myself both in writing and in writing in a short time, in order to pass the 5th year of high school.
In my personal experience, I know what it takes to start a person in learning a language and I assure that the person learns precisely.
My classes are taught at the base in English, but for students who do not understand me, I speak English and then translate the sentences into French, at worst I speak French.
I know from experience that a student or a student who speaks a second language and / or knows how to write in that language without mastering grammar, has a knowledge, neither clear nor precise language, which results in slowing down his learning. For this reason, I start my classes with a grammar exercise, and I leave it to my student, at the end of each class, one or two grammar exercises related to the grammar exercise done during the class.
As for the background of my classes, I and my students do listening, reading, speaking and writing exercises based on themes that can be seen in school.
Since I also learned a second language, I try to advise my students about my experiences so that they can take over and become independent.
HabibEnglish for business/conversation/presentations/writing
I'm an experienced English teacher and communications professional. I've also worked extensively in journalism, so can provide guidance on all means of communication.
I have a British accent - London to be precise! However, I am familiar with the nuances of other accents and spelling differences. I have a lot of experience in helping newcomers to the British accent understand the subtle pronunciation differences that will make it far easier for you to understand.
I've lived in the UK, Spain, Brazil and now Belgium and love discussing other cultures, societies and environments. It's really for fulfilling for me to incorporate all of this into my lessons and watch students progress over time. I prefer giving conversational lessons and only guiding students on points of grammar they don't understand (as the grammar all starts to make sense when you get the rhythm and vocabulary first!). My lessons incorporate video and other listening and interactive activities.
