I am a Mexican double bass player who traveled to Europe to study and work. I have a wide experience in the field of classical music playing and recording with multiple academies and orchestras, also toured with some of them in Mexico, Greece, Germany and China. I have followed Masterclasses with many of today's most important double bass players such as Luis Cabrera and Joel Quarrington. Besides, I have a large experience in the field of Contemporary music, premiering pieces by some composers like Christian Wolff and Helmut Lachenmann and making free improvisation, playing side by side with some of the world's most renowned improvisers.

In the field of Music Education I have been teaching for more than 9 years, giving workshops and private lessons, working specially with teenagers and adults. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and learning from my students and finding solutions to their learning issues.

Escuela Superior de Música, México. Completed courses on pedagogy. Certified music teacher in my country. Currently studying at Codarts Hogeschool voor de kunsten, in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
