I will offer a fully personalised fitness routine tailored just for you, this can also include advice on a diet plan if requested. All routines will be adapted to use minimum to no equipment so it will not be a problem if you have no equipment. The key to any goal is determination and motivation and if you are determined I will be you motivation!

Présentation
My name is Adam and I have always believed that with the right guidence people can achieve anything. I love helping people reach there goal from loosing those last few pounds before your wedding day to toning muscle and improving your health.
I will always be honest with my students and ask for the same as there is no way to teach if there is no trust this means if I am unsure on something I will let you know and research this for you and I ask the same if you are unsure on an exercise or feel that the plan I have explained is not working just say and I can work on it to make it better.
I am not offering a quick fix, I am offering my experience and someone to be there to motivate you to allow you achieve your goal, whatever that may be.
Education
I have all my education from personal trainers, personal experience and hours upon hours of research and testing to find that all are different so all must be trained to suit each individual.

Over 10 years training and training other people.
I have trained a young lady to loose weight with a strict deadline of her wedding day. I have trained a gentleman twice my size to help them tone and build there fitness.
I have also trained many others to achieve there target and enjoyed every minute of it.
My training will be designed with each individuals current ability and there goal in mind.
