For example, learning a couple's dance for a wedding will give you a good foundation for getting started on the dance floor. I will gladly prepare a small choreography on a chosen music. But also for the perfecting of the guiding game to be guided.
I am available every Monday and Thursday evening, other availability on appointment.

LauraYoga - Vinyasa Flow and Forrest Yoga, breath work, body awareness
My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way.
I'm offering private yoga sessions suitable for one person or small groups.

What I like about teaching:
I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my
students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears.

I took inspiration from the anatomy lessons of my teachers in India and Canada to create fluid, tonic and complementary Asanas, my aim being to guide a progressive, captivating and controlled practice. My teaching is accompanied by theoretical references to assist the student in understanding the relationship between body and mind.
My classes are also fun and with a touch of humor because yoga is also wanting to do good and keep smiling!
We can choose together themes according to your abilities, need and desire so that I can guide you in the practice that is best for you.

I am Daniela, Colombian, psychologist and dance teacher for over 7 years. I have experience teaching salsa, hip hop, jazz, classical ballet and choreography for weddings. Before I gave salsa lessons in Barcelona, and now I'm in Brussels to continue spreading the joy of salsa.
Normally I teach either an hour or an hour and a half, and you can choose if you want to do several hours a week. Also you can choose to take classes alone or in pairs.
The course begins with a warm up of the body to activate the muscles and go into salsa mode, then, depending on the level, exercises to understand and learn rhythm, basic movements or steps or more complex tricks and we end up with a free practice to strengthen also the ability to improvise, because finally the salsa is that ... It is a dynamic course, which maintenance and which will allow you to work the coordination, the rhythm and to have a good time.

There is never a dull moment in class! Each specific class and lesson plan are catered to specific age groups from Pre-K to adults. They consist of engaging movement activities, warm-up, and complex movement combinations. I am an energetic and patient teacher who seriously takes into account the needs and skill level of the student in preparing the lesson plans and material.
My use of dance vocabulary and physical demonstrations allow me to teach the material accurately and effectively. My positive attitude and constant words of encouragement keep students motivated and engaged in the lesson. Students will increase their knowledge and physical vocabulary of the movement style and leave each lesson a better dancer, performer and person.
I encourage students to bring writing materials to each lesson to take notes for any learned vocabulary and each lesson will follow with a recorded video of the movement for the students to refer to until the next lesson.

My teaching is mainly based on Ashtanga Vinyasa and the intensity will be adjusted to each student. The 75min yoga class can be followed by complimentary cupping therapy.

I am offering contemporary dance classes including a very conscious warm-up and stretching session after the class.
Depending on your level I adjust the class for your personal needs and interests. I am also offering average body condition and figure development classes.
During the last 15 years of constant studying beside my main focus the contemporary dance I had the possibility to learn other dance styles as Bulgarian folk dance, jazz ballet, classical ballet and related arts like yoga, capoeira, pantomime, theater and juggling. I would like to share some of this knowledge as well, if interested.

Starting with gymnastics and dance since my early age, it always kept being a really important part of my life.
It made me going into a world of performing acrobatics, teaching gymnastics/ stretching to children and adults (private and group classes).
To my classes I find it very important to get people into their bodies in a way that it increases your own body awareness. Im able to teach various techniques but more focus will be on listening and being fair, understanding to your bodies needs.
