I discovered yoga in 2015, during my studies, looking for a remedy for the stress of my student life at 100 an hour. It's a simple encounter for the moment and all the same a new well-being habit that will follow me everywhere in my wanderings around the world.

In 2017, I started for the first time to follow a face-to-face Iyengar yoga class on a regular basis. And there, it's a revelation, I enjoy myself a little more every day and begin to practice more and more alone at home.

I found a new job in my branch, tourism, and moved to Sri Lanka for two years. When it was time to say goodbye, my English Iyengar teacher told me “Lucille, you might leave yoga but yoga will never leave you”. And she was so right; in Sri Lanka I practice several times a week in the studio then finally every day.

I decide to do a yoga training in India, to deepen my personal practice at the beginning, but quickly the need to share this tool around me is felt and I understand that I have to teach yoga.

I graduated from a 500 hours in multistyle yoga (Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa) and an 85 hours in Yin yoga. Today teaching yoga is a real passion, I particularly like teaching Hatha with a few touches of Iyengar and Yin and I practice a multitude of different styles.

Since 2022, I have also accompanied pregnant women in pre and post natal yoga following a Gasquet training.

I teach a functional and inclusive yoga inspired by the Iyengar method which, contrary to popular belief, is a yoga that can be practiced at all stages of life and by all bodies.

I am available for private individual and group lessons at home in Wallonia (Hotton, province of Luxembourg) where I am starting to settle but I do not yet have a room on site.
