I help with homework and give remedial lessons for CO and College students in all subjects except German and mathematics. I am patient, attentive and pedagogue; I adapt my method to the person to whom I am giving a lesson, I look for personalized ways to give meaning to the subject matter that poses the problem. I travel to the student's home, I can also receive the student at my home or give the lesson by webcam. During my years of schooling in the orientation cycle and at college in Geneva (2002-2009) I too encountered difficulties and worked a lot with coaches and coaches; that's how I "learned to learn", gained self-confidence and obtained my gymnasium certificate with distinctions. I do not have a degree in languages but I have a good command of English in particular written (I can give courses up to the Cycle Orientation level). Concerning the MAO, I am currently in BTS Audiovisual option trades of the Sound and thus has solid knowledge in MAO, mixing and mastering, particularly on ProTools (in French or in English (English advised)) and Ableton Live; as well as good notions of acoustics. I also have extensive general knowledge about consumer and professional sound equipment. About me, I am patient and I like to teach people. I also propose an individualized pedagogy according to the level and needs of my students. As far as possible (except for busy schedule) I also give personalized assignments after each lesson (including MAO / Sound Design) in order to better follow the progress of my students.

Tutoring in French, maths and physics I like to base my lessons on the active participation of the student by letting him try for himself often with leads that I give him instead of giving the ready-made answer. This allows, I am convinced, a better and more lasting understanding, and gives meaning to what we do. It also helps to find which method or approach works best for each student, which I find important. That's why I like that the student has tried some exercises for himself before the lesson, to use our lesson time as well as possible.

I propose to give math and English lessons for any level. I got my gymnasiale maturity (college of geneva) in 2015 (old Greek option). I am now a student-athlete (basketball) in the United States, and for 2 years. I am in Geneva until August. I feel particularly comfortable in these 2 disciplines. Contrary to popular belief, learning Latin is not like learning the phone book by heart. I offer you Latin lessons that are unlike any other. There are two types of courses. Here is an analogy to illustrate their respective approaches: If you take the train back and forth every day and don't have time to wait long at the platform, imagine that you only have two options: 1) Learn the schedules by heart. 2) Note that the train arrives every ten minutes and that a train arrives for example at 7:00 a.m. In school pedagogy, in study notebooks and in ordinary courses, it is the first approach which is adopted - in the courses that I offer you, it is the second because it is more economical and faster. My offer is aimed at both students and adults who want to learn the Latin language or deepen their knowledge without time-consuming detours through the insanities of school methods which do not produce results. Learning is easy but unlearning what has become a bad habit is extremely difficult. All the more important it is to learn the right reflexes as early as possible. With my tailor-made teaching you will accelerate your learning in a positive state of mind. I offer individual or group Latin lessons (2 to 5 people). The methods are based on cognitive sciences and in particular historical linguistics. What will not be the subject of the course: learn lists of verbs; learn lists of nouns with their gender; learn words with their translations; memory card game; doing school exercises; follow the program in a notebook; impose French grammar on the Latin language. What matters to me in particular: motivate my student and give him a learning rhythm; encourage creativity; make friends with language; letters and their sounds strengthen your memory by working on the phonological loop; teach construction plans instead of having people learn sentences by heart; explain how the language works to make my student independent as quickly as possible; breaking preconceived ideas such as the gammatical gender would have a link with the biological gender, the accusative would be a direct complement and the dative an indirect complement, the verbs would be irregular, the declension would be random and therefore to be learned with each verb... ; place practice at the center and articulate grammar around practice.
