Became a teacher in 1998 and since then I've been playing and teaching rock, blues, funk, soul, jazz and bossa nova. Graduated at the Concordia University Specialization in Jazz Studies, I work as a producer and composer and am currently playing with The Freddie James Project band and two other original projects.

I'm a musician, teacher and DJ from New York City. Living in the Geneva area, teaching kids and adults—from absolute beginners to intermediate and advanced students. We use songs that students like, tailoring classes to the individual student. As well as teaching privately and through Aprentus, I've been a teacher at La Grande Boissière and GEMS Academy in Etoy. Parents and School references available on request. In New York city, I was an adjunct professor teaching for 4 years at Long Island University in Brooklyn. The courses were in music software programs (Reason, Garageband, Ableton). Students learnt to produce and mix their own songs in various styles — hip hop, reggae, house, electro as well as music for animation and film. In addition, I've composed music for television and have a long history of DJing in NY clubs and releasing music, vinyl and digital which I've continued to do since moving to Geneva.

Hello! I'm Enrique, a professional bassist with 25 years of experience. My main activity has been as a composer/producer musician with my bands and personal projects, and as a session musician playing with artists ranging from rock, through jazz and Latin music, carrying out my activity as a teacher in parallel. With a methodology oriented towards mentoring, the student raises his concerns and based on that, work is done using a repertoire related to his musical tastes and complementary exercises in technique, improvisation, composition and musical theory. I also give classes to beginning guitarists where we study through a chosen repertoire, basic theory, chords, rhythms and accompaniments. All this in an atmosphere of friendliness and cordiality that makes the student feel comfortable and motivated :)

I have been teaching piano, guitar, bass and singing for more than 10 years to students of all ages, I like to work on a register oriented on the tastes of the student to ensure his motivation, while giving him the best bases and technical elements necessary for its progression.
