About Me

Je baigne dans le milieu sportif depuis que je suis enfant et j’ai aujourd’hui la chance de pouvoir vivre de ma passion. J’ai d’abord travaillé comme enseignant d’éducation physique et sportive avant de me lancer comme coach sportif pour transmettre à un plus grand nombre de personnes les bienfaits de la pratique d’une activité physique.
Si au départ ma conception du sport était liée au plaisir, je me suis rapidement rendu compte des bienfaits qu’apporte cette pratique sur notre quotidien, sur notre santé physique ou encore notre santé mentale. Il y a pour moi autant de motivations à exercer ce métier qu’il y a de personnes. Aider quelqu’un à se rendre compte des bienfaits du sport dans sa vie quotidienne ou encore amener un athlète à améliorer ses performances sont par exemple deux challenges d’importance égale à mes yeux. With my medical knowledge skills I took many classes for communication, paraphrasing, active listing etc. The psychology, body knowledge and how the brain works (neurology) has all been thought to me during my medical training. I would like to put my skills out there that I have obtained together with my sports’ and nutrition qualification to help other people acheive their goals and their potential. People struggling with weight, to do lists, procrastination, bringing an idea out there or developing their business plan can contact me. I will be doing extra certifications in order to obtain more experience on top of what I have. This is why my prices are adapted for people that want to help me get further experienced in coaching.

I will base my work on the skills of each and its goals so that everyone can feel comfortable in their bodies and in their minds. The sessions will be adapted to your physical skills so that you can improve over the long term, we will always focus on the quality of work in the face of the amount that is not always synonymous with good work.

Starting a new life as a university student is not always easy. This course is intended for the student wishing to learn the methodologies, tips and reliable recipes that will allow him to pass his exams from the first session. This course addresses time management, learning techniques, stress management, self-confidence, study/relaxation balance, memorization techniques. In a few hours of training, the student is ready to start (or restart) his new career as a university student. A minimum of 6 hours is recommended.
