I’ve contributed to major productions, including high-profile films and series for international studios and streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc.).

I taught in Scotland, Finland and Russia (10 years total), and now in Brussels for the EU.

My teaching methods are based on active pedagogy: constant interaction, a large variety of activities to keep it dynamic, and a bit of fun!
It is very important to me that my students feel stimulated, supported and are happy with their results.

During lessons, I use articles, videos, songs, interviews ... to make the grammatical aspect feel less scholastic and more to the point, and to the cultural dimension at the same time!

I like to use different methods to teach French to students. It can be through songs, drama, role play or videos. I also very often use situations close to the student's experience, such as describing places they have been or talking about what they have experienced. At the same time, I teach the grammar rules to the student. I now live in regions where French has been spoken for over 30 years. Because I have learned French myself (and I am still learning other languages), I can easily put myself in a student's shoes. I can teach in French, Dutch, English, German and Russian.

My goal is to speak the language as much as possible with my students. Immersion is the key to language learning. Think of little children. They are language geniuses. Why? Because they speak as soon as their brain allows them to speak, without worrying about making mistakes.
