In Math, we can cover the basics such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as fractions, equations, factorization, problem-solving, and much more. Whether you need help understanding school topics or preparing for exams, I can make learning clearer and easier.

In English, I can help you improve your vocabulary, speaking skills, pronunciation, and grammar. Our lessons can be focused on conversation practice, building confidence in speaking, or strengthening your grammar foundation if needed.

My goal is to make learning simple, engaging, and effective, while helping you gain confidence and achieve better results.

En anglais, je vous aide à enrichir votre vocabulaire, améliorer votre expression orale, votre prononciation et votre grammaire. Nous pouvons travailler la conversation, la compréhension ou renforcer les bases selon vos besoins et votre rythme.

I have a bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of Geneva and a master's degree in tourism from the University of Lausanne. My name is Linnea, I am 21 years old and I am currently in my third year of a bachelor's degree in environmental science and engineering at EPFL.

As a master's student in computer science at EPFL and a student assistant for several years, I am used to explaining complex concepts to people with very different backgrounds. I love logic, well-constructed reasoning, and those moments when everything finally “clicks.” My approach is simple: understand how you think, then adapt the explanation, not the other way around.

I offer math and programming lessons, adapted to all levels, in French or English.

In math, I can help from the most basic level up to the end of high school: algebra, analysis, functions, derivatives, integrals, probabilities, mathematical logic, or simply consolidating the basics. The goal is not to memorize formulas, but to understand the reasoning behind them (yes, they make sense, I promise :) ).

In programming, I support students and beginners as well as more advanced learners in Python, Java, Scala, C/C++, and Bash. Whether you want to learn to program from scratch, understand a course, write cleaner code, or pass an exam, I adapt to your goals.

My classes are designed to be interactive: we ask questions, we make mistakes, and we progress! I want you to leave having learned something new.
