About Me

Hi,

My name is Jing-Ann. You can call me Joanne. I started teaching yoga when I worked as a physiotherapist back home. I found yoga is an useful tool to help people understand themselves and improve their body, mind maybe even spiritual effectively.

It’s not the only way but the more I dig into it the more I found it is a complete system. Yoga is an individualised practice. It is impossible to instruct everyone to do the same thing. We all come from different backgrounds and so unique that we should have specific practice just for ourselves.

That’s why I direct myself into more yoga learning and combine the knowledge from physiotherapy. It helps me to see a person in a more holistic way. At the end of the day, we are not just a bunch of flesh. We are creatures with flesh, consciousness and spirit. All of them interact constantly to shape who we are now.

Because of the above reason, I want to share the practice with all of you😊
