Before starting, we always assess how you feel, as sometimes the body needs a more dynamic practice to activate itself, while other times it requires something more relaxing and gentle.
Movement through the asanas is always guided by breathing, which helps us stay connected to the present moment and calm the mind when it becomes filled with thoughts.
I am particularly sensitive to those who suffer from specific physical conditions or who live with a pathology.
Years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that led me to approach yoga and other beautiful holistic disciplines such as astrology, tarot and Bach flowers, with the desire to better understand the functioning of the human being, both on a physical level and - above all - emotionally.
Over time, I've learned to listen to my body's message and have come to understand that behind many illnesses lies a deep disconnection from oneself and a lack of self-care tools.
Through a restorative and anatomically conscious approach, I adapt the practice so that each person can move safely, confidently, and respectfully toward their own limits.
The goal of my classes is to help you regain balance on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Hey there! My name is Ingrid, and I'm bilingual in French and English, with French being my mother tongue. My love for languages comes from my passion for travel – I've been lucky enough to experience various cultures and live in different places, which has allowed me to refine my language skills while meeting people from all over the world.
I'm also in a relationship with a Scottish guy, so I get to practice and immerse myself in English every day.
Besides teaching languages, I'm also a yoga teacher, with a focus on well-being and a balanced lifestyle. My goal is to make each lesson natural and relaxed and friendly, creating a space where learning feels comfortable and fun.

Salut ! Je m'appelle Ingrid, et je suis bilingue en français et en anglais, avec le français comme langue maternelle. Mon amour pour les langues vient de ma passion pour les voyages – j'ai eu la chance de découvrir différentes cultures et de vivre dans plusieurs endroits, ce qui m'a permis de perfectionner mes compétences linguistiques tout en rencontrant des gens du monde entier.
Je suis aussi en couple avec un Écossais, donc j'ai la chance de pratiquer et d'être immergée dans l'anglais au quotidien.
En plus d'enseigner les langues, je suis également professeure de yoga, avec un focus sur le bien-être et un mode de vie équilibré. Mon objectif est de rendre chaque leçon naturelle, détendue et conviviale, afin de créer un espace où l'apprentissage devient agréable et fun.
