Carlota began her Jivamukti Yoga journey in 2020, seeking a practice that would allow her to heal at her own pace. Captivated by its transformative power, she immersed herself deeply in the practice, leading her to complete her first Jivamukti Yoga teacher training that same year. Three years later, in May 2023, Carlota earned her Advanced Certification as a Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. The teachings resonated so profoundly with her that she naturally integrated them into her daily life, reaping the benefits of being present in the moment and transcending limitations and tendencies. This new approach brought her a sense of calm and a space for reconnecting with herself.
However, Carlota's curiosity knew no bounds, and she embraced the diverse paths that yoga offers. At Yoga Barcelona, she explored the path of Kundalini Yoga, delved into tantric meditations, practiced Yin Yoga, and obtained her ROPEC certification in Hatha Yoga. Her journey continued at the Fundació Rädika, where she acquired knowledge in Oncology Yoga.
Currently, Carlota passionately shares her knowledge, expressing gratitude to all her teachers and mentors. Her mission extends beyond personal growth, seeking to create safe spaces that facilitate soul healing through a combination of technique, love, and compassion for all beings.
