Hello! I am a 200HR certified Vinyasa yoga teacher studying for a Psychology degree in Paris! Yoga has brought me through a multitude of challenges in my own life including depression and the general every-day stresses that living in a big city can bring. I completed my 200-hour yoga certification with a specialization in Vinyasa (don't worry if you don't know what that means!) at Radiantly Alive in the magical city of Ubud, Bali, this summer. What I have learned there I am eager to bring from my heart straight to your yoga practice!

HaihaPre and post natal yoga (yoga for moms-to-be or young mother)
Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance 300 hours, I also trained with the method APOR De Gasquet to teach pre and post natal yoga.
APOR De Gasquet means "Approche Posturo Respiratoire" in French or I can translate into English as "Postural and respiratory approach", this method was created by the doctor Bernadette De Gasquet to help moms-to-be and young mothers to feel better, in good shape during and after the pregnancy.
In prenatal classes, i will teach you the abdominal breathing technique with the engagement of perineum that helps to keep the perineum in good shape and prevent problems of descending of uterus or other organs. I will also teach you postures that help to stretch your body, create spaces as the baby takes more and more places inside you, and may help with backpain or any other pain that may occur during the pregnancy because of changes of hormones. Last but not least, you will learn to manage your daily efforts to avoid getting tired.
In postnatal classes, you will also working on breathing techniques with the engagement of perineum which is always important. I will show you exercises to tone your muscles, especially abdominal muscles.
And of course, I will prepare classes that follows your other specific needs.

A neoclassical dance and stretching class is a one hour long workout which connects you to your body, mind and soul on a deep level. It creates joy in the people thanks to the contemporary dance movements performed and also builds strength and tone thanks to the ballet movements performed. The stretching is also a good component of the class and it leaves the student more flexible and proud of his/her own body.
The class is adaptable for every person and level.

Iyengar's individual approach allows you to work the postures accurately using the breath, without hurting yourself, learning to listen to him. I currently practice dynamic yoga based on a series of postures by consciously breathing that allows the mind to gradually let go.
Private lessons allow you to establish a personal practice program. After a first interview, during which your motivations and needs are studied, you will leave with a personalized session to practice at home autonomously. I establish and guide a practice that will be reevaluated and intensified gradually by integrating reflexology and Reiki (energy harmonization) during each course.

I've been a Biohacker for over 5 years and have taken my clients' health/performance from a very low place to optimum levels in both body and mind.
I used to work in the city where I over-worked and over-ate with an extremely bad diet. Eventually my body broke down and I was transferred from hospital to hospital and the doctors couldn't help me. For over 6 months I was disabled and needed 24/7 care and could only sleep for 30mins at a time. Realising that if I wanted to save my life, then I had to master my own health. From that point on I began an epic transformational journey to master my own body and mind.
I tried everything from conventional to alternative medicine and therapies, anything that had even the slightest chance of success. I went to over 30 alternative doctors and took hundreds of different supplements and remedies, studied everything I could about the human body/mind and how to optimise it for health and performance. This goes far beyond medicine and herbs: As Tony Robbins says to be a success at anything 80% is psychology and 20% is mechanics. What that means is that 80% is in your head and 20% is the actual actions to make it happen. Once you get the psychology sorted out then the actions become much much easier to do.
Trying to achieve something without getting the psychology aligned is like trying to swim against the tide. If you work on the psychology and get that aligned to your goals and ambitions then it's like swimming with the current. In both cases you still have to swim and put the effort in, just in the 2nd option it's much easier, quicker and with less effort.
When I’m teaching one of the most common responses I get is that being healthy is hardwork.
My response is that being unhealthy is hard, having health problems like brain fog, high blood pressure, Alzheimer's, cancer, diabetes, those things are hard as hell, literally, being healthy in comparison is a walk in the park.
Your body and mind is not a car, if you mistreat a car and it breaks down you can get rid of it and just buy a new one, and another and another, but if you mistreat your body/mind and it breaks down you can’t get a new one!
