We will learn to work with long fermentation and high hydration doughs, as well as preferments to make different types of bread and pizza. In this course you will be able to acquire the basic tools to continue on the wonderful path of the bakery.

French is a widely spoken language, there is no doubt. But why learn French? I decided to specialize in this language to be able to get closer to French culture. Now I can read great classics of French literature and much more.
Of course there are hundreds of other reasons why I decided to study Modern Languages and Literatures, but characters are not enough. And you, why do you want to learn French?

I offer English, German and French classes mainly for primary and secondary school children (course review, extension, etc.). Check availability, levels without commitment.
