I have been tutoring the 11+ for the past 4 years. I have also been tutoring maths and english. I start tutoring for the 11+ from year 4 or year 5, to be able to make the students feel as prepared as possible, in subjects that they dont see in school such as non verbal and verbal reasoning.

Tutoring is a great way to ensure you get extra help or even get ahead in school subjects. In larger classes it may be that there is not enough one-on-one time needed to solidify learned material. The benefits of tutoring also include being more comfortable to admit if some learned material is unclear and needs more time and focus. I have 4 years experience as an academic tutor and many more years working with children with a variety of learning styles.
