About Me
29-year-old musician and guitarist specialized in Jazz and Rock. In possession of the Professional title of Music in the specialty of Modern Guitar taught at the Professional Conservatory of Music of Tenerife (Duration: 6 years) and of the Superior title of Music, in the area of Interpretation, Electric Guitar by the CSMC.I am an enthusiast of learning and good methodologies. Playing is my passion and it is where I enjoy the most.
Teaching what I know and capturing the interest of people, young and old, with music is an incredible feeling. Adapting to each student, their tastes, their goals and making them enjoy learning is my goal.
My methodology is adapted depending on the student and what they want to achieve, but it draws heavily on the methodology used at the CSMC by teachers such as Iván Rojas and Yul Ballesteros.
I always give priority to educating the ear and dynamic learning, although I like to convey concepts very clearly so that there is no confusion and learning is as effective and efficient as possible.
The content of my classes varies, since not everyone looks for the same thing. From the ins and outs of theoretical and practical harmony, concepts, drops, intervals, scales, arpeggios ... to versions of your favorite songs. Improvise, transcribe, compose ... you choose
At the moment he interprets jazz standards in his Duet of this style "Koskijazz", contemporary jazz works with "AL Jazz Quartet" and jazz-rock versions

Guitar tutoring in Berlin for all ages and abilities.
I am an experienced and enthusiastic guitar tutor from Leeds, England, living in Berlin. I have a bachelor’s degree in jazz guitar from Leeds College of Music although I also play and teach rock, pop, funk, folk, and indie music.
In lessons, I aim to get students to play something they know as soon as possible in order to get excited about progress early on. We balance this with paying attention to proper technique and having one eye on the theory behind what we are playing to broaden your understanding of how music works.
I am actively engaged in playing within the music scene and have a real excitement for all types of music, whether it’s learning your first chords on guitar or working on improvisation or music theory. We'll go at the right pace for you and achieve your goals together.
I have experience teaching all ages and abilities of students, having taught in primary and secondary schools as well as private tuition for adults. From complete beginners to preparing a student for their college auditions.
Lessons are tailored to suit the needs of the student, in order to have lessons that push you to learn to the best of your ability whilst still being fun and musical.

Guitar and Improvisation - 18 years of musical experience
Hi there! I'm a professional, award-winning guitarist with over 18 years of experience playing Jazz, Blues, Funk, Pop, and Finger-style. I have worked internationally as a bandleader, accompanist, and solo performer.
My approach to teaching is very pragmatic, time-efficient, and fun and I prefer not to overwhelm students with too much information or technical exercises. I believe that the number one priority both in playing and teaching music should be enjoyment, and that's why I tailor each lesson to the uniqueness of each student, making sure that we are learning about things that YOU want to learn about and moving towards YOUR unique goals.
I look forward to hearing from you and learning together!
My teaching is also informed by years of research into areas such as neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, and meditation. This background has allowed me to develop a truly holistic approach to music, one which promises not only faster improvement, but also greater musical EASE, ENJOYMENT, and CREATIVITY.
Philip :)

Guitar lessons for beginners to advanced
In my 45-year career as a musician (guitarist, singer, and composer) I have always seen how music enriches our lives. In this sense, I am motivated to positively influence people around me through music and to get them to actively participate. Of course, I am interested in introducing children and young people to music. It is very exciting for me to witness how you have your first contact with tones and instruments.
With me, you get a seasoned musician with a sense of mission and empathy for the "future" musicians

Classical Guitar Lessons from a Conservatorium-Trained Teacher
Hi, I’m Andrea!
I’m a professional classical guitar performer and educator from Sydney, Australia. I have been developing my music teaching business for over 9 years, through which I teach a wide range of styles, levels, and ages. Lessons are specifically tailored to meet the needs of each student, whether the focus is on classical guitar performance, chords, pop/rock, or Spanish-style fingerpicking. Music theory, composition, songwriting, improvisation, sight-reading, and preparation for high school exams or University auditions are all options that can be incorporated into lessons.
I have plenty of experience with young children and teenagers as well as adults, from complete beginners to advanced players. My teaching philosophy is holistic in that I strive to help my students become well-rounded musicians with a range of listening, reading, improvisation, and analytical skills, while of course carefully choosing repertoire that will cater to the student’s taste as well as their abilities. Pop/rock guitar and jazz/blues improvisation are also options as well as classical training.
