Being highly skilled in sight-reading, I have often realized how valuable and enjoyable it is to possess that “gift.” After more than ten years of teaching students of different levels and aspirations, I have observed a common thread: regardless of their goals, all were eager to improve their ability to read and interpret new, unfamiliar music.

Currently, I am developing a multifaceted approach designed to help students understand a composition at first sight. I graduated from the KMC Gent and have a career/experience of more than 40 years.
I also followed yoga, mindfulness and kinesiology courses.
The combination of playing an instrument with mindfulness opens up many possibilities.

For children who start playing the harp at that age, the method book is also aimed at the child.
