Yoga is a perfect way to maintain your body and mind balanced.

I have been teaching for the last three years, mainly Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga (mostly online).

My classes are quite traditional, in fact, I love to remain tied to the Indian tradition from which I have learned and continue to learn. You will always find pranayama and meditation in my classes because Yoga is not just Asana practice: you will need all the limbs to be a yoga student.

I also teach Yin Yoga, a very different kind of Yoga (It directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.)

The private lessons are tailored to your goals and physical abilities.
Yoga sessions will be given online, in the comfort of your home, or outside as weather permits.

I am happy to answer any further questions you have, or set up a session with you at your convenience.

Please take note that different fees will apply for groups both online and in person (depending on location and number of students).

The private yoga class in the comfort of your home, office or hotel room allows you to practice on your own rhythm, whether you wish to practise on your own or with other people and without the constraint of travelling.

It is an excellent way to set up a regular practice that integrates more easily into your rhythm of life.

The in-home yoga classes are reserved for groups from 1 to 3 people. The classes are thus more adapted to your specific needs, whatever your age, your lifestyle, the season, your flexibility, your capacities or your health.

You don’t need any material, I will come to your place and bring what is needed (yoga mats, props, meditation cushions,...).

Hatha Yoga, as all other forms of yoga, require patience, perseverance and especially a regular practice. So ideally, you plan one class per week.

She specialises in Ashtanga Vinyasa style Mysore as well as the connection between Yoga and art. She used to practice home with several students. During and after covid, practicing and teaching online resulted great. For the beginners, still the opportunity to meet us in person and start the first 3 lessons together. Following remote lessons.

Hatha Vinyasa is an inclusive method that affirms anyone who can breathe can practice yoga.
We will create during our practice a place where sweat, strength, flexibility and focus meet softness, quiet, introspection and self-love.

First, yoga will become your "workout" and then became a spiritual way of life to understand more about yourself and guide your body and your soul at the same time.

I am a certified RYT 250 hours in Hatha Vinyasa.

I have a great interest in the holistic view of yoga. This is why I strive to include in my classes different elements that make up the practice of yoga.

To describe my classes to you, I would say that they are sequenced around a flow, with additions of pranayama and breathing techniques, mantras, meditation, sometimes songs in Sanskrit and other techniques depending on the level of my students (bandhas, mudras ...)

I teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga.

Also, I really like the relationship between yoga and sounds. Most of the time, I offer sessions with music.
In Vinyasa, I use it to make the flow even more fluid and in Yin, the sounds accompany us to help in the stillness of the poses and because I deeply believe in the healing power of sound.
