Trusted teacher: Master of law student and holder of a scientific baccalaureate, I offer my services for students with the aim of progressing in the proposed disciplines, in a fun way. The best way to learn is to think of learning as a game. To overload the student and to feed him with surplus information is not at all in my philosophy. I adapt to the needs of the students while trying to be as efficient as possible for them. When it comes to French, it is undeniably easy for me to pass on this knowledge given that I am of French origin and that my passion for law has helped me develop my writing. Regarding mathematics, I have solid knowledge that can go up to university level thanks to my academic background and a parent teacher of mathematics. Finally with regard to law, this subject is the most used in my daily life because I aspire to become a lawyer in the near future. Looking forward to being able to pass on all my know-how to those who want it.

Sandra - Anderlecht, Belgium$25
Trusted teacher: As a law student, I offer courses in Roman law, which I think is one of the best first year courses. My goal is to help law students who do not have the motivation to study or who have difficulty in understanding.
Trusted teacher: Currently in final internship of the Master 2 of international law and European legal trilingual course of the city of Nantes, I do this internship at the UN in the control unit of drugs and crime prevention, Vienna, Austria. Also graduated from a Master 1 of private law, another of criminal law, I know that law is a difficult subject to apprehend for a first year. However, with a little rigor, patience and support, it can very quickly become a part of pleasure as it has become for me. I therefore offer my help for first year courses, whether in methodology or to understand legal concepts.
Trusted teacher: Welcome to all ! My name is Geoffrey, I am 21 years old and I am in first year of Master of International Law at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, after a degree in French Law obtained passable mention at the University of Mulhouse, and a bachelor's degree economic and social obtained good mention (14,297) at Lycée Notre-Dame les Oiseaux de Verneuil sur Seine. I give individual and group lessons, with a lot of fun, for almost a year already, in a wide range of subjects. In this context, I accumulate nearly a hundred hours of lessons in subjects such as English, mathematics, French but also in general support. My goal is to enable them to understand what they are doing, and thus prevent them from sinking into an automatic but unthinking application of what they are learning. It is to this end that I was able to give, also, mini-courses of support to comrades in university, especially during the periods of revision of the partial ones. In parallel, I am relatively familiar with languages, which have always been my favorite subjects and my favorite playground. Indeed, I am also a translator (English / German / Italian / French), proofreader and editor. In this context, I helped people in job search to write their CV and cover letter in French or in English. I was also able to help someone correct their book before the project was submitted to a publisher. As a teacher, I seek, as much as possible, to find methods that can go to all students. To this end, in English for example, I am always accompanied by a pair, to allow the student to have two points of view, two different explanations to enable him to better understand what is in question. In this context, I also ban any form of "academic" pedagogy, and I try to make my class a moment of exchange, interactivity and fun, the latter being in my opinion the best method to progress and to attract the attention of the student, even in the most difficult passages of his learning. This method has also borne fruit. Since the implementation of this pedagogy last January, my two students have progressed significantly in English. The first, which was thus intended to leave the USA, was able to leave serenely in the United States and cope properly even if at the beginning of the course, three weeks earlier, she did not speak English! In the same way, I am also currently taking charge of a second year student who also has difficulties in English. At present, we have swept the entire program by 6 ° -5 °, as well as a part of the 4 ° program and thus fill some of its gaps. Finally, I also take care of a student of first in French, with also results in the key. On the other hand, the pedagogy used here is more academic, high school French lending itself in my opinion less to pedagogies less "classical" and orchestrated than foreign languages. In all cases I invest a lot for my students. In English, it is thus very common that I prepare exercises, complete subjects so that the student can pound serenely from one session to another. It is also very common that I ask, if necessary, to have returns from both the student and his / her parents (if they are present), who always request and obtain a report at the end of the session, so to know where we are going. Transparency is my rule. For more information, do not hesitate to contact me.

Trusted teacher: As a coherent interdisciplinary movement, the roots of law and economics can be traced back to the mid-twentieth century, when Ronald Coase pioneered the foundations of the field with his groundbreaking findings through interdisciplinary approaches. The movement gained prominence in the 1970s and 1980s through the work of Richard Posner and Guido Calabresi, who took the economic analysis into new unchartered territories such tort law , criminal justice , and emerging technologies. Today, it is one of the most established disciplines in law; policymakers (elected officials, judges, as well as, public administrators) seek its impact and influence. This class focuses on the importance and impact of economic theory on legal jurisprudence in various pressing global issues: unfair competition, traditional and intellectual property rights, machine learning and artificial intelligence, global financial regulation, and legislative agendas. I can be flexible about the schedule so let me know if you are interested but cannot make it due to conflicting schedules. I will try my best to match your schedule.

Melissa - Caen, France$30
Trusted teacher: As a young lawyer, I explain the law as I would have liked to have been taught to me when I was a student: in a simple, enlightened and rigorous way. I emphasize the method and the thinking of my students. I hold a Master 2 in real estate law, two Masters (urban planning and private litigation) and a License. Before that, I obtained my literary baccalaureate, English specialty (promotion majore. I studied at the faculty of Caen, and I obtained my M2 in Brest, with honors. I have a mixed profile, and I can therefore intervene in both Private Law and Public Law. In addition to the course points that can be addressed again for further explanation, it is essential to understand the method (of stop commentary, essay and practical case) as well as how to conduct legal research and to take advantage of it for exams. I am also available for students who cannot organize themselves in their workload, who are lost in what they are asked to do. We will see how to organize without stressing yourself, in order to be effective without getting tired. I will put my experience as a student and a young lawyer in the service of the student in order to focus on the important elements during his studies. I will propose my method of learning. I do not intervene for the preparation of the CRFPA. See you soon !
Trusted teacher: As a 'Cum Laude' graduate of International and European Law I have extensive knowledge of these legal fields. I specialised in Public International Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Criminal Law, as well as International Human Rights Law. I give introductory classes in these legal fields as well as more advanced classes where we will also look at current developments and the interplay with other disciplines such as Politics or Diplomacy. Using the Socratic method I try to make my lessons as engaging as possible. This means that I will not simply lecture you but engage in a dialogue/debate with you in order to stimulate critical thinking. I am currently a Human Rights Officer at a Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva and thus have insights into how International Law works in reality. Depending on your needs, I give University-preparatory classes, exam-preparation classes for University students, or help with dissertations or writing/research projects. As I understand that each student has specific needs, I will tailor the lessons to you. Feel free to contact me and we can figure out a teaching plan together.
