I work with the student and parents to analyze the teaching needs and develop individual teaching methodologies .The teaching is conducted on an audio visual mode to influence interest & lay stress on the fundamental concepts. I give regular assignments for the next class & take frequent tests to prepare my students for examination. I find my classes equally good for the gifted students & the one ’s who need handholding & lack confidence. I love watching the slow/struggling learners transform to confident achievers with smart work & dedication.
