My name is Jaya, currently on a gap year and offering fun English Literature/Language and Sociology support for GCSE and A-Level students, homework help for secondary pupils and primary school tuition. I studied at Townley Grammar School for my GCSE`s, finishing with;; English Literature (8), English Language (9), Maths (5), Religious Studies (8) , History (7), Art (9), DT (A) and Italian (A). Earlier this year, I attained 3 A*s in A-Level English Literature, Language and Sociology at Thomas Tallis School and am now applying to read English at Cambridge next September.
During my year 11 work experience, I completed 6 months of Maths tutoring for the 11+ exam. I led one hour sessions to children aged between 7 and 10 years old;; marking exam practise, setting homework and preparing lessons. I then went on to offer English Language support to GCSE students during 6th form and thoroughly enjoyed making a positive difference to other student`s learning. I am passionate about quality education and believe each student should be supported in the best way for them, which is why my lessons are specially tailored to their needs. I am fun and patient and would be delighted to help your child achieve their potential.
