Physical preparation has a very important place because it not only improves the physical aspect but also helps us to remain mentally active. During confinement, we are more forced to spend time in our homes and what better way to learn how to do it in more limited spaces. As a student of the higher school of circus arts, I will be able to mix exercises adapted to daily life and to the challenges of each. All bodies are different, so a particular course can be adapted to each person.
