I specialise in helping people identify and reach their goals. I am also willing to talk about mental health as I am qualified in Mental Health First Aid with MHFA England. Furthermore, I have achieved a BTEC Level 3 Diploma (Distinction Grade) in: Sports Development, Coaching and Fitness. My goal is to help people achieve their goals and/or offer them advice on any issues they may be dealing with.
