I'm a Math&Physics tutor for school students of all ages, Mostly help graduate students in SAT, IB, A levels Math&physics. My classes consist of only one student because every student needs a different approach. I believe that the best way to teach someone sth is to understand how his/her mind works and after that find the most effective and convenient method for the individual. Teaching is one of my hobbies and I do this to help students by sharing my knowledge and skills, so if you think you are motivated enough to do your best then I will be more than happy to teach you! And if you aren't motivated enough, then I will do all I can to help you find that motivation that you need for success. I like to give tutoring in German, English, French and Spanish. I only want to give math tuition up to 4th grade. In the tutoring, I adapt completely to the preferences of the students: whether homework supervision, exam preparation or intensive learning - I support where I can.

My name is Natalie and I am a Student at the University of Maastricht. I am from Scotland in the UK. My Father is Scottish and My Mother is English. So, obviously English is my mother tongue. I have extensive qualifications in English, including English literature and I have experience being a tutor. I am happy to work with all ages and all abilities. I can help with speaking and writing skills, from the basics of directions and order food to writing a full essay in correct British English. The classes will be taught using a range of different methods, from games to books of all types - I am a bookworm so I have books from when I was three to books I will read in the future, any type of book ask and I will most likely have it!- I may also meet older students in cafes so we can discuss types of food and drinks in English! I find this helps. I also have 2 UK PVG forms, this means I am legally allowed to work with people all ages. I have 2 years experience working with disabled children at a school in Scotland. I also have all Highschool qualifications in German and most of my friends are German so do not hesitate to contact me. I do not mind traveling outside of Maastricht, but I will charge extra for journeys that cannot be made by bike.

Hello everyone! My name’s Gareth, I’m a young music teacher from Ireland specialising in the flute. I have recently moved to Cologne and am delighted to begin welcoming new students to my private teaching studio! I obtained my Bachelor of Music from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in the UK, graduating in 2015. This included a diploma in woodwind instrumental teaching from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). I then moved to Paris to continue my musical studies at the Ѐcole Normale de Musique de Paris on the Cycle de Perfectionnement. I spent 3 years there studying with the principal flute players of both the Opera de Paris and the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, whilst also taking advanced classes in music pedagogy. I began teaching flute, saxophone, clarinet, bassoon and oboe in Northern Ireland at the Lisburn School of Music, and then continued teaching at the junior conservatoire of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. In Paris, I worked for the Mairie de Paris as both a flute/woodwind and choir instructor, in both primary and high schools. I have consistently taught private students throughout all this, ranging from ages 4-80 and beginners through to advanced players. My teaching style is relaxed in nature, however structured and goal orientated. I enjoy working with my students to set short term targets along with long term goals, and together work out a strategy and plan to achieve these aims, with the overall aim being enjoyment and love for making music. I love working with children as well as with adult learners, at all levels from total beginners to advanced players. I teach currently from my new home teaching studio in Weidenpesch, Cologne. I have several slots to teach at the students home, however please contact me on here to arrange a time that suits. Travelling to the students home will include a travel charge unfortunately! Here we will explore, vocabulary with nuances in meanings, synonyms, idioms, proverbs, some phrasal verbs and prepositional phrases and all-around social English. The possibilities are endless for focusing on Public Speaking, Intonation and Voice Projection as well. For better results and further practice, your learning skills shall be stimulated by audio recordings, short readings and/or videos.
