My name is Mateo Wilde Maldonado, a second-year student at Sciences Po Paris, on the Poitiers campus, specializing in Politics and Government with a focus on Latin America. Originally from Bolivia, I have a bicultural academic background, having obtained both the French and Bolivian baccalaureate at the Lycée Français de La Paz. Language of schooling since my childhood and main language of my current studies. English: Level C1. Solid academic and professional skills. Portuguese: Level B1. Currently improving, with good understanding and ability to interact orally and in writing. Academic background : My career path is marked by a multidisciplinary approach which includes in-depth studies in: History: Analysis of major social and political transformations from a global perspective. Political Science: Comparative studies of political systems and international governance. Law: Law courses taken in my final year and during my first year at Sciences Po, with a particular interest in constitutional and international law. Public speaking: Training in public speaking, essential in my curriculum to develop argumentative and teaching skills. Languages: Advanced mastery and teaching of Spanish, English and French, adapted to different levels. Experience and motivation: Building on my experience in a multicultural and multilingual environment, I developed a passion for language teaching as a vehicle for cultural transmission and communication.
